Miami Florida is all about the beach. The sand goes on forever. The white sand and blue ocean is very different from the beaches in California. 
I can see why people are drawn to Miami beach year after year. The East coast is freezing cold when Florida is best. If I lived on the East coast I would be traveling South to Miami all the time. The whole beach life is slower and so much more relaxing that I love the whole Miami Beach area. If you love the beach you will love Miami. Dove Press is a good place to read about Miami life.
